Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping charges within India are as follows:

• Orders between ₹0 – ₹4,999: ₹150 shipping fee

• Orders above ₹5,000: Free shipping

All orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days through a trusted courier service. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 working days in transit, depending on the location.

For all domestic orders (within India), taxes and duties are already included in the product price.

International shipping:

For orders below ₹20,000/- International shipping of ₹3500 will be charged at checkout. International shipping is free on orders above ₹20,000/-

Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges, please contact your local customs office.

Kindly Note

Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to bad weather conditions, transportation delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for such delays. Be rest assured that our customer service team will do everything so as to ensure on time delivery of your parcel. Tracking Details

Once your shipment is booked tracking details will be shared with you. Kindly check your message/ email for regular updates. If the tracking details sent do not provide sufficient information or if it shows message as ‘Contact Customer Care’ or anything else, please contact Courier customer care from their website, they will help you in delivery according to your convenience.
