Return & Exchange Policies
We recommend you to read all the policies before purchasing any product from our website. We do not accept returns or exchange or cancellation. We only offer exchange in a scenario that the customer receives a damaged or defective or incorrect product. A product would qualify to be incorrect if a completely different product has been received than that ordered. Minor variations in color does not qualify to be an incorrect product.
Defective/ Damaged /Incorrect order
All our products are handcrafted by expert artisans and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In case of defect or damage, please follow these steps to avail of the exchange facility for domestic orders:
- You can email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at support@pinksalt.in or call us at +91 9717203200/ +91 9167417654 within 48 hours of receiving the product and we would be happy to replace the same. Please mention your order number and the product you want to exchange.
- If the same product is not in stock, we will be happy to offer an exchange for another product or issue a credit note for the same amount which can be redeemed within a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order, to ensure there is no inconvenience to the customer. The return cost will be borne by Pinksalt.
- Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your exchange.
- After we receive the damaged product, we will take 2 working days to investigate the matter, process the exchange or issue a credit voucher.
- We do not offer exchange services for international orders under any circumstances.
- No refund of any amount would be provided.
